April.5 ~Black and White~

I find this photo really pretty and interesting because the way it is taken and the lighting makes it appear that the row of trees go on for infinity. Because its all white and cold it makes it look somewhat gloomy yet calm.

April.13 ~Something Blue~

I took this photo for this weeks friday photo because we were supposed to find something blue. So I put one blue easter egg among several other colours. The blue contrasts against all of the other colours, and really stands out. Happy Easter!



April.20 ~Words and Phrases~

I took this photo because I like what it says; I found it on the walls of the school and thought it would be an inspiring quote, and a good friday photo for this one! 

April.21 ~Seek out Light in the Dark

I took this photo because this week we were supposed to find something light, in a dark area/room. I found a dark room and I got my Ipod and took a photo. The brightness was  as high as it could go. I made the time 11:11 because at 11:11 you're supposed to make a wish! So make a wish!




May.4 ~Minimize the Horizon

 I took this photo because this week, we were supposed to take a photo of the horizon. Unfortunately, it was quite difficult to find a good photo for this one around Clayton Heights. But I though the green of the trees really contrasted against the bright blue sky, I edited it in photoshop to make the colours in the photo brighter and sharper.




May.11 ~Creases in fabric

I took a photo of my sweater to see familiar creases when I lay it on a hard surface. It folds in many different places and you can really see the shadows it makes under and beside each crease.





May.18 ~Seek out a Repetitive Pattern

I took this photo for this weeks friday photo because we were supposed to find a repetitive pattern, so I took a picture of a row of lockers at a certain angle which makes it look better than just straight on taking the picture from the front.




May.28 ~Find your image on a shiny surface

I thought to take the photo here because you could really see the reflection of everything around us and us from this well cleaned car. I made the brightness/contrast more sharp because it made the image really become more clear




June.1 ~Go someplace you've never been

I chose this place for somewhere I've never really been because; there's not many places in this school I haven't been but this hallway in particular, I've never really had a specific reason to come here so this is the first time I've ever really looked closely at it.




June.8 ~Segment a space into three equal Sections

I chose this photo for this weeks friday photo because we were supposed to find something split into three equal sections,  and I couldn't really find something like that at the school, so I found something with several equal sections and blurred out all of them except for three!




June.15 ~Creep in Close

I took this photo for this weeks friday photo because this week we were supposed to take a photo that was close to a face, or some other object; whatever you interpreted out of it. I thought it would be really cute to take a photo of the cute Brown Lab that I walk. I took it right above the nose because it really made the eyes stand out, and look adorable!
